The house has a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Walbeck. The center of the village is about 800 meters from the house. The format is as follows: there are two bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, and bathroom with separate WC and a large kitchen. The third bedroom is in the basement.
