We, Emmy & Hans welcome you to our "site" we're here about 30 years ago perched on a holiday and linger, because be the arrival from the Netherlands is quite smooth, and come as you follow the route any traffic anymore in Germany. Come a week is a rest in an area
where not a lot Countrymen stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices are based on use by 4 people for the house, if you use the whole house, which is + the ground floor, also with bathroom and 2 bedrooms, the price per week for each additional person must be increased by € 125. Use of the whole house with 4 persons per week + € 125,-

The cleaning fee for the whole house is €55,-. Cleaning costs up to 4 people are € 40, -
If you bring a pet, the cleaning costs are € 65 or € 50 respectively.
Important: 1 pet is welcome. € 10,- per week.
