Our lovingly furnished basement apartment with large panoramic windows is idyllically located on the edge of the forest and is only 2.5 km away from Bocholt's city centre. Whether it's a short break, a bike tour or a family visit - here you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. This is what you can expect: • Living comfort: 1 large bedroom with comfortable double bed (2 x 2 m) and 1 living room - both rooms are fully air-conditioned. • Equipment: Bathroom with shower and shower toilet (Geberit) as well as a fully equipped, small kitchen for self-catering. • Technology & sustainability: Fast Wi-Fi is included. Our electricity is generated in an environmentally friendly way, among other things via our own PV system. • Comfort plus: Separate guest entrance for maximum privacy. Bocholt, the Westmünsterland and the directly adjacent Netherlands (only about 8 km away) offer you wonderful cycling and hiking trails.
