This beautiful and above all romantic 2-person holiday home is located in the famous wine town of Cochem.
The cottage is detached, so it is entirely at your disposal.

Cochem is approximately 260 km from Arnhem. It is a detached house in Germany, with a truly magnificent view of the Moselle and the town of Cochem with its famous Reichsburg and rolling wine landscapes.

According to experts, Cochem is one of the most beautiful places in the Eifel and Moselle area, with numerous attractions. You will find numerous restaurants, wine tasting rooms, cafes and a cinema in Cochem. At 100 meters from the holiday home you can take boat trips on the Moselle to other famous places or rent a motorboat for a trip on the Moselle. The famous Reichsburg of Cochem is also well worth a visit. Numerous terraces can be found along the banks of the Moselle, where winegrowers present their wine.

Within walking distance of the house you will find the starting point for various hiking trails in the wine regions or the wooded area that Cochem has. The nature reserve around Cochem is characterized by a beautiful cultural landscape, with deep valleys, rolling wine landscapes and beautiful forests. From your holiday home you can also make trips to the attractions in the vicinity, such as the historic towns of Bernkastel, Zell, Traben Trarbach, Trier or beautiful Koblenz. The wooded Eifel area is also a short distance (half an hour's drive) from Cochem.

The house has a living area of 50 m2, with a front room consisting of a living and sleeping area, a back room with kitchen and dining area with modern fitted kitchen. In addition, there is a separate shower room and a WC with washbasin.

The living room has a TV with DVD (with cable connection) and radio/CD.

In the kitchen you will of course find a coffee maker, kettle, microwave and oven and all desired kitchen utensils are also available.

You do not have to worry about blankets, pillows, bed linen, towels, etc., because they are already present.

You will also find 2 garden chairs with a table in the hall, so that you can enjoy the sun in good weather from the private terrace with a beautiful view of the Moselle and the Castle

There are numerous restaurants and terraces near the house, where peace and quiet is absolutely guaranteed (the house is located in a quiet part of Cochem). To the right of the house you will find a coffee shop where you can buy fresh rolls and a newspaper in the morning. As mentioned, the house has its own private parking space right next to the house.
