Welcome to our spacious and comfortable holiday home, where peace, nature and cosiness come together. The property offers plenty of space for families, groups of friends or several couples who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
The house has two spacious bedrooms of approximately 70 m³ each, which offer a pleasant and comfortable stay thanks to their spacious layout. In addition, there is a cozy single bedroom of about 18 m³, ideal for an extra guest or for those who like to have their own room.
For extra comfort, there are three separate toilets, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet and is practically furnished for a carefree stay.
Cozy living space
The heart of the house is the spacious and attractive living room, which is in open connection with the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy dining room. Here you can have breakfast together, have an extensive dinner or relax on the comfortable seats after an active day.
From the living room you can walk directly onto the spacious terrace. Here the day starts with a cup of coffee and a magnificent view of the green surroundings and the mountains. Also in the evening, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh air and a beautiful sunset.

The holiday home is located in a friendly and hospitable village just 8 kilometres from the bustling city of Kassel. This allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, while all the amenities and attractions of the city are within easy reach.
In the village you will find, among other things:
- Two supermarkets for daily shopping.
- Various restaurants, cafes and eateries.
- A pharmacy, directly opposite the house.
- A bus stop about 600 meters away with a good connection to Kassel and the surrounding places.
So you can safely leave the car at home when you want to explore the area.
