Clean, large, bright, modern, spacious, upscale, close to nature, eco-garden with rainwater collection, berries, fruit trees, 5000 flower bulbs in spring for the first bumblebees. The theme of Grimm's fairy tales can be found in the apartment. A surprise for every child. A continuous laminate floor and all leather seating are particularly beautiful for dog owners.

Mushroom picking, shooting stars, birds of prey, wild animals, hiking trails on the doorstep, 2 restaurants within walking distance in the village, bicycle paths, fishing, playground, dog beach, bathing lakes with slide and snack bar, mine tours, sightseeing flights, Sunday church bells...
