Our holiday apartment is the right place for both an active holiday and a holiday to enjoy peace and quiet. Our house with apartment Vos is located 688 km from Utrecht

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Streckewalde in the beautiful Ore Mountains in Germany. In the nearby area there are many opportunities for wonderful walking, cycling or mountain biking, beautiful motorcycle rides, relaxing in Thermaalbad Wiesenbad and of course visiting countless sights. In nearby Annaberg-Buchholz, in addition to a very beautiful city center, you can also visit several museums such as Manufaktur der Traume, where you can go on a playful journey of discovery through the Ore Mountains. The Ergebirgsmuseum is a beautiful museum about the history of the Ore Mountains. Schloss Wolkenstein is not only a beautiful view during a walk but also definitely worth a visit. The art of wood carving is also part of the tradition of the region, so a visit to one of the many wood carving artists is definitely recommended. For activities and sights you don't just have to stay in Germany, there is also plenty to do in the Czech Republic. The area around Fichtelberg and Klinovec is beautiful for walking, cycling and in winter of course for all winter sports activities. Only 1 pass is required for both the German and Czech areas, which is of course very easy. Prague is less than a 2-hour drive away. The impressive Theresienstadt is less than 1.5 hours from the house. In addition to experiencing culture and being active, you can of course go shopping. Not only in the beautiful city center of Annaberg-Buchholz, Chemnitz, etc., but also, for example, on the market in Potucky and Cheb, which is comparable to De Bazaar in Beverwijk.

On our way to a holiday in the Czech Republic, we (Mike, Marian and children Bo and Kick) drove through the German part of the Ore Mountains and fell in love immediately. The beautiful forests, fortresses, castles and old towns we passed made us decide that if we were to buy a holiday home, it had to be here. And so it happened, at the end of July 2022 it was signed and then the real job really started to renovate, split things up and realize 2 apartments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check-in is on arrival day between 15:00 and 22:00

check-out is on departure day before 10:00

Prices include bed, bath and kitchen linen.

Prices are excl. Tax.

From 4 people to max 8 people.

Deposit € 150,-

Cleaning fee € 65,

Power is included with the exception of extreme consumption, for example, charging the car via extension cord, (this is not allowed)
These extra costs will be discussed and deducted from the deposit.
So there is no fixed amount for this!
Please note there is no car charging point available!

There is no charge for assistance dogs.
We do check the assistance dogs !

Reservations by or for persons under the age of 22 will not be processed.

In case of cancellation between 0 and 7 days before the arrival date, the full rental amount is due.
In case of cancellation from 7 to 14 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 21 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 21 to 28 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 29 days before the arrival date or in case of cancellation on our part, 100% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
If you have not arrived 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without further notice, this will be considered as cancellation.
