In the charming town of Wagenhausen, located near the Moselle and the famous volcanic craters (Maren), you will find this brand new blue 5-person wooden holiday home with a view of the woods. This property is a paradise for bird lovers, with annual breeding black storks and various woodpecker species. The blue cottage is located next to the green cottage, both offer the same comforts and amenities. The holiday home has four bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The property offers all modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space with WiFi and a flat-screen TV, and parking for two cars with the possibility of electric charging. The surrounding area offers countless activities. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking trails through the Eifel, and the nearby cities of Trier, Koblenz and Cochem are easily accessible by car or motorbike. For cycling and golf enthusiasts, there are extensive opportunities in the wooded area and nearby golf courses.

What to expect:

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and spacious fridge.
Bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and an additional toilet on the upper floor.
Private garden and playground, ideal for families with children.
In the storage room there are cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner and broom.
Dog is allowed, provided they are kept on a leash, because of the nearby wildlife.

Other things to look out for:

The house is only rented as a whole, not per room.
You can check in yourself via the key box at the door.
Bed linen is not included as standard and costs €12.50 per person per stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancel or change the agreement

Cancellation by tenant: it may happen that the holiday has to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the tenant or his deputy must notify the landlord in writing or by telephone (during office hours). In most cases, costs are associated with a cancellation or change. After cancellation, the tenant will receive a cancellation note from the landlord. This describes the costs of the cancellation. In addition to the reservation costs due, the (fellow) holiday maker owes the landlord the following amounts:

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date: 20% of the rent;
In case of cancellation up to 2 months before arrival date: 30% of the rent;
In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival date: 50% of the rent;
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date: 75% of the rent;
In case of cancellation within 14 days until the day of arrival: 100% of the rent.
