Idyllically situated detached chalet.
Exciting private garden, with its own stream, a play paradise for kids!

Our typical Eifeler house is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, smart TV, sauna and it has a games room with, among other things, a pool table.

A garage and a parking space can be used free of charge. Free parking along the street.

Take a nice walk to Monschau via one of the countless beautiful paths that lead you to the Altstadt.

If you walk the way up, it is a fifteen minute walk to the village of Imgenbroich, with its complete shopping center.
By car you can reach several supermarkets in just a few minutes, including a very large Real and Kaufland. Lekker
