In the picturesque town of Meisburg in the Vulkan Eifel, Germany, we offer our detached holiday home Hopfi Hüsli (84m2) for rent.

Hopfi Husli is located in the UNESCO Eifel volcano park. It was originally an old farmhouse from 1865 and is located in the middle of the village opposite the church in a quiet and idyllic street. Dogs 🐶 🐶 🐶 are very welcome at In Hopfi!

Hopfi has a covered veranda (this can be closed with a gate for dogs) and an unfenced courtyard with garden 🪴 . It is possible to park a car or motorcycles in the courtyard. There is satellite TV with WiFi and Netflix, bed linen, bath towels (1 person per stay) and kitchen linen included in the rental price. Hopfi has its own Geocach and happystones exchange house 🤭.

In Meisburg itself there is a cozy bistro 🍷 🍻 and there is a hotel with restaurant 🍽️ just outside Meisburg. From Hopfi it is a short walk down the street and you are in the middle of nature 🌲 🌳. There are several walking routes and a walking map is available in Hopfi Husli.

For children there is a children's playground opposite Hopfi Husli 🛝 and at the end of the street there is a football field ⚽️ with table tennis 🏓 and jeu de boule court. Don't forget to visit the church ⛪️, it is very beautiful. Just outside Meisburg there is also a riding school where you can ride horses. For children, there is also a toboggan run, animal park, 🎡🎢 amusement park and a swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ in the area. The Meerfeldermaar, Burgt Manderscheid 🏰 and Abtei Himmerot are definitely recommended. The Moselle is also easy to visit from Hopfi. At Christmas 🎄 and New Year's Eve, Hopfi is completely dressed in the Christmas spirit. Meisburg is a fireworks poor village and Hopfi has walls one meter thick 😅 for a happy 🐶. There are also many Christmas markets to visit from Hopfi.

We, Paul and Masja enjoy the Eifel volcano every moment together with our dogs Greifa and Blanka. We want to share this experience with other people. The enclosed garden is also a great place to spend time with the dog. As real motorcycle and bicycle and hiking enthusiasts, we say come and experience it! the Eifel is really beautiful.

Explanation of prices

Electric car:
It is not permitted to charge an electric car at Hopfi, the power supply is not designed for this (fire risk). If more than 6 kWh is used per day, we charge €1 per kWh. There is a charging point at the gas station around the corner.

CancellationWe recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.

If the tenant does not use the house for whatever reason, the following rent is due in the event of cancellation:

A. 15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
B. 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
C. 70% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
D. 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
E. 100% of the rental price if canceled on the start date of the rental period.
