Hello,

Since 2020 we have settled in the beautiful Vulkan Eifel. To live there yourself and to let you enjoy 2 completely new holiday homes.
We like to make you feel at home and are happy to tell you about all the beauty the Eifel has to offer.

Our hobbies are old-timers, painting, hiking and textile work.
From Utrecht it is only a 325 km drive.

Explanation of prices

Based on 2 persons excluding cleaning € 50, = and € 150, = deposit.
The price of € 90, - is based on 2 persons for every 3rd, 4th and 5th person an amount of € 20, - night is added.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
