Holiday Park Pulvermaar
This new park offers spacious holiday homes with a private garden in a beautiful location. The park is located on a quiet road and has a unique view over the hilly Eifel and is located directly on the beautiful volcanic lake Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld.
The small-scale park consists of 10 holiday homes and a reception with a terrace that offers a unique view over the hills of the Eifel. If this house is already occupied during the desired period or if you are looking for another house, please contact us. This park has 6-person and 4-person holiday homes.
There are various play areas in the park, including a swing, climbing house, football field and a jeux-des-boules court. Holiday Park Pulvermaar has created an atmosphere in which guests quickly feel at home.
The park and reception are managed by Harry and Wilma. You can contact them for all your questions and requests. You can also have a drink with them on the terrace or arrange the breakfast service, so that you are provided with fresh bread rolls from the bakery in the village every morning (7 days a week).
Location
Just a 250 meter walk from the house is an outdoor swimming pool with terrace and sunbathing lawn. This swimming pool is located on the edge of the beautiful volcanic lake where you can take a wonderful dip and enjoy the jumping tower and slide. In summer you can rent pedal boats here.
Many walking and cycling routes start at the volcanic lake Pulvermaar. Want to start healthy every morning? Then walk 2.3 kilometers around the volcanic lake through the woods.
The holiday park is located 1.9 km from the village center of Gillenfeld and a 20-minute drive from the beautiful characteristic town of Cochem and the River Moselle. Enjoy the wide hills, dense forests, castles, clear streams, fragrant meadows and charming villages.
The House
The holiday homes are new and equipped with all comforts with a very nice living environment. The houses are very spacious, well insulated, fully equipped with underfloor heating, a flat screen, good WiFi and a private terrace with garden furniture. A few houses are equipped with an infrared cabin to relax in.
Pets are allowed in some houses. And a number of houses have a fence around the garden, which gives parents with small children or tenants with dogs a pleasant feeling.
The 4-person holiday homes are completely situated on the ground floor, in other words it is a bungalow. The houses have two large bedrooms downstairs and both have two single beds with wardrobe. There is a separate toilet. The bathroom has a large double sink with drawers, large mirror and spacious shower. The towels are ready for you on arrival!
The open kitchen has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, oven and a spacious counter top with plenty of work space.
The private garden of the holiday home has a spacious terrace with patio table and luxury garden chairs, grass, plants and finished with a beech hedge. The terrace in the garden is equipped with a sun cloth. The holiday home has space for 2 cars.
General
Changeover days are Monday and Friday. Other days can be booked in consultation.
On arrival we ask you for a deposit of 150 euros in cash. If no major defects are found at check-out, you will receive them back. For your impression: it has never happened that we had to withhold the deposit.
