Located in the quiet valley of the Salm, surrounded by forests and mountains, Eifelhuis Kaleja is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, excursions and adventures in nature. Our recently renovated original Eifel house is fully equipped, and forms a perfect mix of charm and comfort. Enjoy silence, nature and sights.

It is a bruchstein haus that used to serve as a home and farmhouse.

Downstairs the kitchen, toilet, laundry room and living/dining room have been completely renovated. Modern in an Eifel jacket

An atmospheric pallet stove provides the wonderful warmth throughout the house.

Upstairs, the low passages of the bedrooms betray the age of the house, bedrooms as well as the bathroom and toilet have been completely renovated and adapted to modern times.

A smart TV, smart radio, modern tumble dryer and washing machine are available.

The large fenced garden provides a safe place for children and dogs.

A large canopy with lounge set and hanging table are available.

The Family of the Pasch, Weijmans welcome you, the adventure has brought us to Eissenschmitt. We would like you to enjoy it too. Our Eifel house in the Salmtal has been completely renovated and equipped with modern comforts. The pellet stove ensures wonderfully warm evenings. The large heath garden with large canopy gives a real holiday feeling. centrally located, Eissenschmit itself is also a good starting point for hikes and bike tours, your pet is welcome!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50 of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Eisenschmitt is a recognized spa town located in the Sudeifel National Park in the beautiful valley of the Salm in the middle of various sights that offer a good starting point for hikes, mountain bike trails and motorcycle/car rides.
The cozy motorcycle hotel/café Gasthof an der Salm and Clara Viebig (who wrote one of her most famous novels about this Eifel village; das Weiberdorf) museum bring life to this cozy little Eifel village.
