A beautiful and very spacious 4-person holiday home in the Franconian Forest in the northeast of Bavaria. The house is equipped with many conveniences. It is located on 600 m2 of private land. Lots of space around the house. From the living room and terrace you have a wonderful unobstructed and panoramic view of the stream valley and surroundings. From there you can also see the historic mountain town of Lichtenberg. A picture! On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the sun from mid-May and enjoy the sun until sunset! There is also a smaller and always sunny south-facing terrace.
Lichtenberg is a 1000-year-old mountain town in the north of the Franconian Forest in northeastern Bavaria. Near the border with Thuringia and Saxony.
The holiday home has a large living room with sitting area and living room table. Satellite TV with the Dutch-language channel BVN and many European channels. Widescreen flat screen. DVD, radio/CD with USB port. CDs and Dutch DVDs are widely available. Private WiFi network. Dutch books in the bookcase.
Separate modern kitchen with dining area. Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood.
Newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and large sink. Hair dryer available. In the basement a washing machine.
Upstairs 2 separate bedrooms of equal size. A room with a double bed. The other room has two single beds and a sitting area. Cot and high chair are available. Plenty of storage space.
Terrace and garden furniture. Loungers. Separately a 2nd terrace on the south.
In the garden a large picnic table.
In short, you will not be short of anything!
Within walking distance of the house is a natural swimming lake with sunbathing area. In Bad Steben (4 km.) a beautiful spa center with swimming paradise.
In the house there is an information folder with many tips for hiking and trips. The Frankenwald is a beautiful hiking area. It has been named "Best Forest Area in Germany 2017". The protected nature reserve Höllental is within walking distance of the house.
Bringing a pet is not allowed.
