Something very special! An old train station that, preserving the authentic atmosphere of the past, has been converted into a delightful holiday home with all the comforts of today. It has 2 floors of 140 m2 each spacious. Both the ground floor and the upper floor have a separate entrance and there is a connecting door that can be closed. The property is detached, with a large garden (1750 m2) and a terrace over the entire width of the 23-meter-wide building. This terrace is of course the old platform overlooking the guardhouse across the (no longer existing) track. You need not be afraid to be awakened by the train, which runs from 1952 no longer! At about 250 meters away is established Agricultural Cooperative that normally gives no nuisance, but knows at harvest time (for grain August for maize October), much activity. You enter into the entrance hall which actually remains in its original state is in, with the beautiful old advertising posters, enamelled signs and counters. However, there is way to a work table and TV corner with flat screen and DVD player. There are also lots of DVDs and a nice library. The large living room with fireplace has a nice sitting area with lounge sofa and a dining area with room for 8 people. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts, as well as the shower completely renovated. The two bedrooms are located on the left side of the station, the first adjacent to the living room, the second adjacent to the entrance hall. They are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and laundry. The bank at the television can be converted into a double sofa bed. There is a second terrace located behind the guard house and borders the forest. This secluded spot with pergola has a barbeque and a large dining table. The apartment on the 1st floor was formerly the residence of the Chef de Gare and his family. It has a private entrance and offers 3 bedrooms with space for up to 8 people. Again, a spacious living room, tastefully decorated and with a fantastic view over the valley of the river, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.
