In a beautiful corner (Recoin) of the hamlet of La Roche, in the still authentic French countryside, this gite gives you the opportunity to relax.
The Fermette, dating from 1820, has been renovated in a traditional way with style and an eye for detail.
The gite consists of three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and on the first floor a children's room with bunk beds and a large bedroom with sink and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and spacious walk-in shower. Cozy sitting area with a wood burning stove.

The house is at the end of a small hamlet with a magnificent view.
In the large garden a beautiful fruit garden has been laid out with various types of fruit and next to the swimming pool with terrace there is also a pond.
The landlord grows table grapes and kiwis and can tell you all about this while enjoying their own Pineau de Charente.
Nature and environment
This nature house is located in the south of the Vienne, a department of the Nouvelle Aquitaine. An authentic environment with a very varied view of the many lakes, forests and meadows with the beautiful Limousine cows. Discover the diversity of bird sounds and hear the call of the fox,
the wild boar, the pheasant and/or the deer from your lounger in the garden.
Or go out, on foot, by bike or in the car and be amazed by the tranquility and many beautiful places where you can walk, picnic, photograph, fish .... Discover the small villages with their delicious boulangers where the The smell of freshly baked bread always makes you buy too much bread, or the small restaurants where you can eat a four-course menu for little together with the villagers.
Every 29th of the month there is the largest cattle market in France, Les Herolles, a 15-minute drive away, where you can enjoy a glass of wine at a stall with the French old farmers at lunchtime. Or go for a lovely walk in the 1000 lakes area 'Parc Naturel Regional de La Brenne' and come home in the evening and enjoy the beautiful starry sky.
