Beautifully situated villa with plenty of sun in the garden and around the house, but also the possibility for shade with an awning. Swimming pool is lowered in relation to the garden and terrace. We offer the pool heating free of charge as an extra service from 1 May to 30 September. In addition, there are 4 bicycles waiting for you in our shed.
Villa is luxuriously furnished with everything you need for a great holiday! Excellent kitchen, double bathroom, beautiful interior and lovely garden with lots of privacy. There is no view of the garden or swimming pool from the neighbors! Our swimming pool is recessed in relation to the garden and behind a piece of public space in the park. That means more peace and privacy than the average house in the park! Wifi is now reliable because a fiber optic cable was installed in October 2018.
House has 3 bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms you will find a bunk bed with space for 2 people below and 1 person above. So that yields 1 person more compared to the other Acacia homes --> 7 people!
House has 2 bathrooms, a small one with shower, toilet and sink and a large one with shower, bath, toilet, sink and washing machine.
House is located on the East, so in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and during the day you can enjoy the shade and sun in various places near the house. There is a sun terrace in the garden, where you can always fully enjoy the sun. We have consciously chosen this. During the day we prefer the shade and in the evening we prefer the sun! Until late in the evening we enjoy its warmth. A windbreak has also been placed on the terrace so that you can sit protected.
There are also 4 bicycles in the barn that you can use for free. You can rent more bicycles through the park (approximately 45 euros per week). You can explore Les Sables by bike without parking problems! And do your little shopping in the local shop in Pironnière, which is open every day (5 minutes by bike).
NB. We always have to check with the park whether our house is still available.
