Beautifully situated villa with plenty of sun in the garden and around the house, but also possibility for shade with an awning. Swimming pool is lowered in relation to the garden and terrace. We offer the pool heating free of charge, as an extra service from May 1 to September 30. In addition, there are 4 bicycles waiting for you in our shed. Lots of privacy due to beautiful plants in the garden and a windbreak towards the access road.
Villa is luxuriously furnished with everything you need for a great holiday! Great kitchen, double bathroom, beautiful interior and lovely garden with lots of privacy. There is no view into the garden or pool through the neighbors! Our swimming pool is sunken in relation to the garden and behind a piece of public space in the park. That means more peace and privacy than the average house in the park! Wi-Fi is now reliable because a fiber optic cable was laid in October 2018.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms you will find a bunk bed with space for 2 people downstairs and 1 person upstairs. That gives 1 person more compared to the other Acacia homes --> 7 people! All bedrooms have a wardrobe.
Our villa has 2 bathrooms, a small one with shower, toilet and sink and a large one with shower, bath, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Our villa is located on the east, so in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and during the day you can enjoy the shade and sun in various places near the house. In the garden is a sun terrace, where you can always fully enjoy the sun. We have consciously chosen that. During the day we prefer the shade and in the evening we prefer the sun! We enjoy her warmth until late in the evening . A windshield has also been placed on the terrace so that you can sit shielded.
There are also 4 bicycles in the barn that you can use for free. You can rent more bicycles through the park (approximately 45 euros per week). By bike, you can explore Les Sables without parking problems! And do your small shopping in the local shop in Pironnière, which is open every day (5 minutes by bike).
