The ideal place to enjoy a quiet holiday, far from the nighttime hustle and bustle of the coast. And finally so close to the most beautiful beaches of our magnificent Vendée and multiple visits.

The 140m2 villa, of contemporary construction, is very bright, tastefully furnished, and benefiting from a beautiful wooden terrace, facing south

A summer kitchen is there for moments of conviviality. You will find a combined charcoal barbecue and gas plancha, sink, freezer and washing machine. The garden furniture has a large table as well as 6 seats sheltered by a magnificent 7m X 4m bioclimatic pergola for a guarantee of shade.

Beautiful garden with a 4m X 4m swimming pool + beach - 4 sunbeds at your disposal will allow you to relax.

This place is ideal for meeting up with family or friends in the countryside. It can accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children under 15 years old).

This accommodation consists of:

DAY PART:

- A living room of 60m2 with lounge area and television, dining room with a table and 6 chairs

- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and kitchen utensils)

4 steps separate the day part from the night part

NIGHT PART:

- A master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, bath, chest of drawers), a dressing room and WC

- A bedroom with double bed (160 X 200), bedside tables and lamps, pull-out cupboard with wardrobe and storage

- A third children's bedroom with a double bed (140 X 190) – this room is communicating with the master bedroom (sliding doors)

- Available 1 folding baby cot (to be specified at the time of booking)

- A second bathroom with shower*, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer and mirror

- 1 separate toilet

- Tancarville + outdoor clothesline, wifi, non-smoking villa, pets not allowed

• Unheated, open outdoor swimming pool equipped with an alarm

Cleaning products (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, floor tablets, etc.) as well as shower products are available. 

Bed and bath linen is not included in the amount of the reservation. We offer the rental of kits: bed linen and bath linen (to be booked as soon as the rental is validated).

We would like to point out that this accommodation does not allow parties and evenings too late to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory and must be paid on arrival (in cash: €100)
