Villa21vendee is a modern villa that offers luxury and tranquility. It is a second home for us where we really like to stay. We have decorated it ourselves and there are works of art by Bas on the wall. For the children there are toys (Duplotrein, Lego, Kapla, games, DVDs). There is a stair gate, high chair and folding cot.
On the ground floor is a large hall with wardrobe and a toilet. There is also a pantry.
There is a bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms.
1 bedroom with a twin bed of 180x 200 cm.
1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm.
The living room has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a full HD TV (Screen diagonal: 40" (102cm)), Blu Ray player. There is a speaker with which everyone can listen to music via bluetooth with their own smartphone. And there is WIFI via fiber optic internet.
The dining area seats 8 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, convection oven with grill, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, mixers and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery.

1 bedroom with twin beds of 180 x 200 cm
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm (can be pushed together if necessary).
The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with plenty of clothes hangers. Each bed has a bedside table with two sockets so you can easily charge your smartphone and tablet at the same time. The beds are made on arrival.
The spacious garden with swimming pool has a lot of privacy, both sun and shade and unobstructed views over a meadow. Through 2 sliding doors you enter the large terrace. There is a dining table with 8 garden chairs. Also 6 sun loungers. There is a large awning. There is also a barbeque. By the pool is a terrace with lounge set and parasol. The pool is approximately 8 by 4 meters and 150 cm deep. Pool heating is available on request at an additional cost.
In the shed there is a washing machine and dryer.
At our house there is parking for 2 cars
Villa21vendee is located at Residence Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne with beautifully landscaped gardens with peace and comfort. Within walking distance of a pleasant village, La Pironierre with a bakery, supermarket, and a Tabac. For the beach, shops, terraces and many restaurants, go to Les Sables, where you can reach it in 15 minutes by bike. Near our park is a Super you and a Lidl.
There is a good restaurant at the residence: "La Ferme de Villeneuve".
