Villa21vendee is a modern villa that offers luxury and tranquility. It is a second home for us where we love to stay. We have decorated it ourselves and there are works of art by Bas on the wall. There are toys for the children (Duplo train, Lego, Kapla, games, DVDs). There is a stair gate, high chair and folding cot.
On the ground floor is a large hall with cloakroom and a toilet. There is also a pantry.
There is a bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms.
1 bedroom with a twin bed of 180x200 cm.
1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm.
The living room has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a full HD TV (screen diagonal: 40" (102cm)) with Dutch HD channels, Blu Ray player. There is a speaker with which everyone can listen to music with their own smartphone via Bluetooth. And there is WIFI via fiber optic internet .
The dining area offers space for 8 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, convection oven with grill, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, Senseo machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, mixers and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm (can be pushed together if necessary).
The bedrooms have plenty of closet space with plenty of clothes hangers. Each bed has a bedside table with two sockets so that you can easily charge your smartphone and tablet at the same time. The beds are made upon arrival.
The spacious garden with heated swimming pool has a lot of privacy, both sun and shade and an unobstructed view over a meadow. You enter the large terrace through 2 sliding doors. There is a dining table with 8 garden chairs. Also 6 sun loungers. There is a large awning. There is also a barbeque. The pool has a terrace with lounge set and parasol. The pool is approximately 8 by 4 meters and 150 cm deep.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the shed.
Our house has parking for 2 cars
Villa21vendee is located on Residence Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne with beautifully landscaped gardens offering peace and comfort. Within walking distance of a pleasant village, La Pironierre with a bakery, supermarket, and a Tabac. For the beach, shops, terraces and many restaurants, go to Les Sables, which is a 15-minute bike ride away. Close to our park is a Super U and a Lidl.
The residence has a very good restaurant: "La Ferme de Villeneuve". The restaurant has a Bib Gourmand from Michelin and is also very popular with the locals for its good price-quality ratio. Reservation is necessary.
