The villa is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and refrigerator. A double bedroom on the north side of the house with bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are 3 more bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All three bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. From one of the bedrooms you have access to a nice covered terrace with a beautiful view.
In the villa you can also use the washing machine and fast Wi-Fi.
Enjoy the sun in and around the private swimming pool of 4 x 9m, in the large garden of 2800 m2. The private swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September and can be heated on request (extra charge). There are wonderfully comfortable sun loungers around the pool, and there is also a covered terrace with a new lounge set. The villa has a large driveway to park the car.
