Villa Demeures du Luc (311)

This detached "Villa du Luc" is suitable for 2-8 people and has its own -heated- swimming pool (12x5 m.). There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor with private bathroom. In the quiet villa park there is also a general swimming pool of 20 m. with a separate paddling pool, large terrace with sun loungers and there is a tennis court for general use. The sun shines in Provence about 300 days a year, often clear blue skies.  

The villa itself is spacious, has a cozy living room that is very attractively decorated. It has a separate dining area followed by a modern luxury open kitchen.

Television on which you can receive many Dutch public and commercial channels, there is also a DVD player and docking station for your music via MP3 or iPhone. 

Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, combi microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a Nespresso machine, juicer and a blender. In the garage you will find a washing machine and dryer. Wireless Wifi  and a charging station for the car are available.

The holiday home has four 2-person bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. All windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. There are 2 bathrooms; one small one at the 2-person bedroom on the ground floor with shower and sink and one large bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower and double sink. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor you will find a separate toilet. 

Villa du Luc has a private parking and has a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden with a beautiful -extra large- covered terrace and a large terrace around the pool: both furnished with luxury garden furniture and lounge sets. You can rent an electric bbq (small or large) at the Reception (coals are prohibited). 

On a slightly lower level, behind the pool, is clapicette, the fine yellow gravel on which you can play jeu-de-boules. From the house, terrace and garden you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Petit Luberon.

Villa du Luc is located on villa park "Les Demeures du Luc" in Saumane-de-Vaucluse, where there are about 44 holiday villas, located in the hills between Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse; in the heart of Provence.  There is a communal swimming pool with separate children's pool and a communal tennis court. The park has a secure entrance. 

In the vicinity of the domaine, in addition to horseback riding, canoeing, survival and golf at the nearby Golf Provence Country Club, you can enjoy local markets, cozy terraces and excellent eateries. In the heart of Provence – centrally located in the Vaucluse – lies Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a charming, medieval town near Avignon. The center is known for its antique shops, (antique) markets, monuments and cozy terraces. As the name implies, the city is built on islets in the Sorgue River. The historic water mills, the canals, the famous antique markets and the culinary facilities give Isle-sur-la-Sorgue an authentic character: the 'Venice of Provence'. 

Near Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the source of the Sorgue, lies Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. This old town is home to the most powerful spring in France. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse owes its popularity not only to this impressive phenomenon; along the banks of the Sorgue you can enjoy excellent food and shopping.

From Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, there are opportunities to canoe down the Sorgue towards Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. 

Worth your visit: Gordes, the Luberon Regional Park, Rousillon, Ménerbes, Bonnieux and Lacoste, Arles, Avignon, Marseille, Carry-le-Rouet, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence.

"Attractively furnished villa with kitchen that is fully equipped. Even a washing machine and dryer are available. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of closet space. Beautifully landscaped garden, with fantastic private pool, a feast for the eyes from the Mediterranean porch. Villa du Luc is the only one with a magnificent view over the entire valley. The park itself is beautiful and quiet with a large general swimming pool. And the bread service in the morning is also super handy.  We have not been able to discover any downsides. We felt like God in France".
