"Villa BONHEUR" is the most beautifully situated villa in the villa park "les Demeures du Luc" and has the largest plot of land. The villa is suitable for 2-8 people and has a heated private swimming pool (5x10 m.) with a securely lockable cover. The villa has a very spacious living room with modern open kitchen, spacious hall with pantry, 3 spacious bathrooms, 4 bedrooms; All on 1 living level.
From the driveway (access via a gate) you approach the front door by a stone staircase. Then you will find a large (covered) terrace of no less than 135 m2 with dining table and garden furniture. Here you can eat in the shade, have a drink and enjoy the setting sun.
Lowered is the private heated swimming pool with large terrace all around with sun loungers, parasol. The garden of no less than 3000 m2 gives you complete privacy and runs over to the edge of the forest. You will also find a dining set, space to play jeu de boules, badminton or football. A nice place to sit in or out of the sun under the trees with a book or in the background the sound of the running spring water from the well.
In the quiet villa park there is also a general swimming pool of 20 x 8 meters (ideal for swimming laps in the morning), a paddling pool, large terrace with sun loungers. There is a tennis court, petanque court for general use. The children will always find peers here in high season.

The villa can be rented all year round and from April to the end of October the private pool is comfortably heated.
The villa itself is generous, has a cozy living room decorated in Provencal country style that was completely newly installed in 2022. It has a separate dining area followed by a modern luxury open kitchen. Living room (60 m2) with sitting area and dining table, TV on which you can receive all Dutch public and commercial channels, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, Nespresso, juicer and blender, washing machine and dryer. There is a charging point for your electr. car that you can use for a small fee. As indicated, the holiday home has four 2-person bedrooms, all located on the ground floor and 3x toilet. All windows of the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets. The 1st bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 sinks and the 2nd bathroom has a bath, separate shower and double sink. The 3rd smaller bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is adjacent to the 4th bedroom. .
Villa Bonheur has a private parking under the carport of 26 m2.
The holiday home has a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden with a beautiful -extra large- covered terrace and a large terrace around the pool: both furnished with luxury garden furniture and lounge sets and an electric Weber barbecue.
From the house, terrace and garden you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Petit Luberon.
