"Villa Bon Séjour" (villa no. 201) is suitable for 2-8 people and has a private -heated- swimming pool (10x5 m.). There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor with private bathroom.
This luxury villa has been completely renovated inside and out, equipped with a stylish Provencal interior, there is air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, it has a nicely enlarged -covered!- terrace of natural stone and a spacious heated private swimming pool with electrically operated luxury cover.
In the quiet villa park there is also a general swimming pool of no less than 20x8 meters where you can swim your laps every morning if you wish. There is also a separate paddling pool, a large terrace with sun loungers and a tennis court for general use. You or your children are welcome here as a guest of villa Bon Séjour, and children can also make friends here.
The sun shines in Provence about 300 days a year, often clear blue skies and can therefore be rented all year round. From March 28 to the end of October, the private pool is heated to about 26 degrees.
The villa itself is spacious, has a cozy living room that is very attractively decorated. It has a new dining area followed by a modern luxury open kitchen.
In the living room you will find a flat screen television on which you can receive many Dutch public and commercial channels. You also have access to a DVD player and a docking station for your music via MP3 or iPhone. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, combi microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You can make coffee with a Nespresso machine, squeeze juices with the juicer or make smoothies with the blender.
In the garage you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Wireless Wifi is available in the villa.
The holiday home has four 2-person bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. All windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. There are 2 bathrooms; one small one at the 2-person bedroom on the ground floor with shower and sink and one large bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower and double sink. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor you will find a separate toilet.
Villa Bon Séjour has a private parking and has a spacious and beautifully landscaped garden with a beautiful -extra large- covered terrace and a large terrace around the pool: both furnished with luxury garden furniture and lounge sets. There is also an electric WEBER bbq (coals are prohibited here). Non-smoking home. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
