Comfortable, luxury villa on large grounds of 1350 m2, several terraces in sun and/or shade, with beautiful views over the valley.

The villa has all amenities such as a large refrigerator, induction hob (2025) microwave / oven, dishwasher, nespresso, coffee machine, senseo, washing machine in the garage
Spacious L-shaped room with quality furniture with an open, bright kitchen.
From the room you have access to the covered terrace and from the kitchen to the rear terraces and the garden.
Radio and TV via Canal Digital (including Dutch channels), own fast internet (fiber optic), Netflix via TV app, Spotify can be streamed via the sounbar.
Downstairs a bedroom with a 2 person Auping bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m. with bathroom.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms. A large bedroom with an Auping bed of 1.80 - 2.10 m., a bedroom with a double box spring of 1.80 x 2.00 meters. and a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m
The bathroom has 2 sinks, bath and separate shower. There is a separate 2nd toilet on the floor.

In the garden there is a large Jeu de Boules court with lighting.

The small-scale park has a large swimming pool (8.50 x 20 m.), with separate paddling pool and sun loungers on a spacious terrace.
At the pool there is a table tennis table under a canopy.
In the recreation room there is a pool table and table football
You can also use the park's tennis court.

There is a Dutch manager couple. They will welcome you and answer your questions about the house and the area.

We are the first owners (2008) and have been able to agree on important improvements for the construction. We and our children thoroughly enjoy this place all these years. The wonderful climate, the very varied environment (nature, facilities) and the good accessibility make it a wonderful place. We also hear this from the tenants, especially that it is a very comfortable house.

Fontaine de Vaucluse. At 2 km from our villa, great cycling along beautiful route along the Sorgue, It is a beautiful picturesque village with great source from which the river carves its way, many shops and studios, a working paper mill, a museum with famous Provencal figurines. Beautiful!

The shared 25m swimming pool with separate paddling pool, free access, never too crowded, at the reception (also the same villa), approx. 5 minutes walk. In the same room also a table tennis table. The reception is just around the corner. Here you can rent wireless internet, bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Golf Country Club Saumane, across the street from the domaine, entrance1 km drive.18 hole golf course 2 km from the domaine.
The shallow children's pool at the reception offers lots of fun for the small children.
The table tennis table is located in a covered area next to the communal swimming pool. Above that the reception, common room with computers and printer and terrace.
In Fontaine de Vaucluse, a beautiful village 2 km by bike, by car or via a beautiful walking route, this is 'le secret de la fontaine'. In the summer, the spring is less deep than in the winter. The spring is said to be 300 m deep but no one knows where it leads....
spacious, comfortable, cozy kitchen with 2 doors to the terraces and magnificent views across the valley there is a large teak table with wooden bench and 4 chairs. There is a flea market, green French chandelier (the 2 lamps of the pictures have been replaced!) And there is a large mobile left chopping block (not just state on the picture) Several paintings include grapes and the Vaucluse.
Private entrance of the villa. Along fragrant lavender, olive trees and oleanders, walk to the front door. Under the gate, outside the garden on the right there are 3 carports that are at the villa.
Saumane Golf Country Club, 18 hole golf course 2 km from the domaine.
