We offer you our villa with private pool on 2,000 m² of enclosed land in the heart of the Luberon in Provence!

Located 7 miles from the famous village of Gordes and 3 miles from Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, the house is in a quiet location, bathed in sunshine all day long with south and southwest-facing terraces.

It is ideally located for visiting the most beautiful listed sites in the Luberon: the ochre cliffs of Roussillon, the village of Les Bories in Gordes, the magnificent Sénanque Abbey, the cedar forest of Bonnieux, the famous village of Lacoste, the Provençal Colorado of Rustrel, Lourmarin... 

You can also set off on foot for walks through olive groves, lavender fields, forests, and vineyards.

We live here all year round, we love our home, and we are constantly improving it.

I'm Evelyne and I'd like to offer you our “paradise” house, in which we've been living for just over 4 years.
It's a soothing and rejuvenating place.
It is ideally situated for visiting the most beautiful sites in the Luberon.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The house, its enclosed grounds of 2100m2, its private swimming pool and its pool house are entirely at your disposal.
A person comes every week for the maintenance of the swimming pool.
You have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a cellar with freezer and washing machine.
Additional costs to be paid on site:
- administration €70
- mandatory end of stay cleaning €150
- bedlinnen €20 per bed
- tourist tax: 1.5% per person per night

From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Mont Ventoux, here with a blanket of clouds
We have provided shade on the wooden terrace. In the background you see a privacy screen between Marasco and the neighboring house, in the future the oleanders will be big enough as a green screen
From the village of Blauvac you have a wide view of the plain, the holiday home Marasco is located at the end of the small hamlet
The pool has an automatic roller cover, you can sit on it

In the immediate vicinity it is wonderful to walk and cycle.

Cycling is possible from the house, the Mont Ventoux is visible everywhere.
The area is very varied, with fields, forests and vineyards.
Spring or autumn, the colors and scents are overwhelming.
Electric bike, touring or racing: this is a very sporty environment.
Sublimely restored Abbey of Senanque is accessible by bike or car

Fontaine de Vaucluse. At 2 km from our villa, great cycling along beautiful route along the Sorgue, It is a beautiful picturesque village with great source from which the river carves its way, many shops and studios, a working paper mill, a museum with famous Provencal figurines. Beautiful!

Fontaine de Vaucluse is famous for its source. The river is here from the ground and finds its way through the picturesque village. Many shops, artisans, workshops and a real paper mill. Beautiful!

The shared 25m swimming pool with separate paddling pool, free access, never too crowded, at the reception (also the same villa), approx. 5 minutes walk. In the same room also a table tennis table. The reception is just around the corner. Here you can rent wireless internet, bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Golf Country Club Saumane, across the street from the domaine, entrance1 km drive.18 hole golf course 2 km from the domaine.
The shallow children's pool at the reception offers lots of fun for the small children.
The table tennis table is located in a covered area next to the communal swimming pool. Above that the reception, common room with computers and printer and terrace.
In Fontaine de Vaucluse, a beautiful village 2 km by bike, by car or via a beautiful walking route, this is 'le secret de la fontaine'. In the summer, the spring is less deep than in the winter. The spring is said to be 300 m deep but no one knows where it leads....
spacious, comfortable, cozy kitchen with 2 doors to the terraces and magnificent views across the valley there is a large teak table with wooden bench and 4 chairs. There is a flea market, green French chandelier (the 2 lamps of the pictures have been replaced!) And there is a large mobile left chopping block (not just state on the picture) Several paintings include grapes and the Vaucluse.

Saumane Golf Country Club, 18 hole golf course 2 km from the domaine.
