La Pinède is a detached villa in the hills of the Luberon, located in the Vaucluse Regional Natural Park, near Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. The villa offers complete privacy, unobstructed views and direct access to nature. The surrounding landscape is typical Provence: light, colour, hills and silence. From the house you walk directly into the woods and hiking trails. The location makes this a place to slow down. Sun, nature and space determine the rhythm of the day here, with often impressive sunsets over the hills in the evening.
We have been the owner since 2009 and have developed La Pinède step by step into a comfortable and well-maintained villa. Because we use the house ourselves regularly, the focus is always on quality, comfort and maintenance.
The house combines the authentic Provence look with lavender blue shutters with modern living comfort. All bedrooms have air conditioning and comfortable box-spring beds. On arrival, the beds are fully made, so that your stay starts immediately relaxed.
The living room is bright and spacious and is directly connected to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for relaxed cooking with fresh produce from the local markets in Apt and the surrounding villages.
Outside, life takes place completely. Around the villa are several terraces with sun and shade, under the pine trees. There are comfortable seating areas and cushioned sun loungers, so you can find a place to relax at any time of the day. The 5x10 meter swimming pool is heated and cooled and is centrally located in the garden, with complete privacy.
In addition, there is a plancha for long summer evenings of outdoor dining, a pétanque court for relaxing evenings in a Provençal atmosphere and a ping-pong table for a playful moment with family or friends. During the day, there is always a place in the shade where you can doze off with the sound of crickets in the background.
The villa is ideally located for those who want to discover Provence. Within easy driving distance are Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, as well as local markets, wineries and Luberon walking and cycling routes.
La Pinède is ideally suited for families and those seeking peace and quiet who want to combine comfort, nature and the authentic feeling of Provence. It is a place where outdoor living is central, with space, tranquility and complete privacy.
During the stay, Ton is available as a contact person for reception, practical help and local tips. This ensures a personal and carefree stay.
We continue to maintain and improve the house with care, so that every guest can count on a comfortable and relaxing stay in Provence.

From the house you look out over this village in the distance, and in the evening you can see the lights of Gordes. The town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (25 km) is also called the Venice of the Comtat because of the river Sorgue that flows through the town.
