The holiday home has a heated private swimming pool of 8 by 3.5 meters. Around the pool there are two sunbeds ready to enjoy the sun. There is also an outdoor shower at the pool. There are also two terraces: one in the sun and one in the shade, ideal for outdoor dining at any time of the day.
On the covered terrace you can enjoy a meal in peace at the terrace table for 6 people, prepared with the delicious Outdoor Chef barbecue.
Inside, a spacious and attractive living room awaits with sitting area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and storage room.
Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, and an extra toilet.
In addition, there is a reversible heat pump with fan convectors in all rooms, which keeps the house cool.
In the storage room there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
