Authentic Provencal style: A very spacious house (+250m²) with all comforts (completely restored). This historic retirement home (Hospice Sainte-Anne) in the center of picturesque Beaumes-de-Venise will certainly appeal to you if you love nature, hiking and/or cycling. 

Beautiful outdoor space:  Terrace full option (+200 m²) with pergola and sun loungers -  private swimming pool (7m X 3.5m) - BBQ - spacious dining table - view of Mont Ventoux and miles over the region and not overlooked.

Spacious and cozy: The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 spacious bathrooms (each with shower and toilet) that connect to these rooms. Basic rental price is for 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (6 people). You can take the additional option for up to 10 people. The spacious living area is fully equipped with a nice kitchen and a separate dining and living area. Additional closed garage that can serve as a bicycle shed and separate toilet on the ground floor. Parking space in front of the door. The entire house is air-conditioned. As icing on the cake, you can also enjoy a wine cellar with tasting room (in an original cave under the building).
The rental price includes bed and bath linen and covered beds. Just take out your luggage in the spacious built-in cupboards and the enjoyment can begin.

The villa is equipped with a WIFI internet connection.

Excellent location: Beaumes-de-Venise is located at the foot of the Courens plateau and owes its name to the many caves ("beaumes") that have been dug into the hillside and is a nice place to live. A walk through the narrow streets of the village is a real pleasure. See the old houses and the ruins of a feudal castle at the top of the village where you can enjoy panoramic views.
See the Notre-Dame d'Aubune church, a 12th-century building with a beautiful Baroque-style altar and a 17th-century painting that tells of the plague epidemic that ravaged the village at the time.

The village is known for its Muscat, a natural sweet wine, and also for its red wine. If you are interested in wine, be sure to visit the vineyards and wine cellars. (Beaumes-de-Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueras, ...)

Beaumes-de-Venise is located near the picturesque Dentelles de Montmirail mountains, so ideal for sports enthusiasts. Get to know all the available outdoor activities such as hiking, mountaineering and abseiling. The Parc Naturel Regional du Luberon offers sports activities such as cycling, hiking and horse riding.

Lovers of old architecture and history are in the right place in the Vaucluse with a number of picturesque villages;  Gordes, Roussillon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse are definitely worth a visit!

The village is located just a short distance from famous cities such as Avignon and Orange, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the nature and culture of the region.

In addition, everything within walking distance: bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, weekly market .... (fresh croissants every day at 5 min. walk and on foot at restaurant)
You go out the front door and can immediately enjoy hiking trails, cycling and MTB routes. For the keen cyclist, it is only 15 km to the foot of the Mt Ventoux.

In 2024 we rented this house ourselves for our family vacation. The region, the location of the house (in the old village center - last house of a cul-de-sac) and the house itself are formidable. When we were able to buy the house, we didn't hesitate for long. You are very welcome in our dream in Provence.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Basic rental price is for 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (maximum 6 people).
When booking, 30% of the rental price must be paid in advance; the remaining amount of 70% of the rental price 3 weeks before departure. Final cleaning € 280. Bed linen and towels included for 6 people.
ATTENTION :
If you want to book for 10 people, you must select an additional option for 3 additional rooms and 3 additional bathrooms.) Total then 6 rooms and 5 bathrooms.
