Villa des Rocs in the heart of the Lubéron nature reserve in Provence is a very special place in the middle of the rocks and lavender, next to a small river and forest. Here you have absolute privacy on a 5-hectare estate, the 1.2-hectare garden is fully fenced. There are several terraces to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, a beautiful heated swimming pool next to the rock and an (electric) barbecue outside. For the really hot days there is air conditioning in the house.
The house is on one level and feels far away from everything, although it is close to the picturesque villages of Bonnieux, Goult, Roussillon and Apt. There are several super tasty restaurants in the area. The house is close to the cycle route that runs through the entire valley of the Lubéron. The nearby natural forests also offer plenty of opportunity for walking.
The house was completely renovated and expanded in 2024, so there is a very nice living space and a large open kitchen with a cooking island. The bathrooms have been redone and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the (new) entrance hall. The installations have also been renewed and insulation has been installed so that you can enjoy a pleasant temperature indoors in both summer and winter. Underfloor heating has been installed in the living area. At the rear of the house are large windows that give you a spectacular view of the rocks and nature and forest. In addition, a new terrace has been built there, where you can stay in the shade in the summer.
