This fully modernised luxurious villa of 166 m2 for up to 8 people, is located on a large fenced plot of over 4200 m2. 2024 will be only the second season it is rented out. It has a beautiful king sized pool of 11x5m. The house is within easy reach of the beaches at Saint Tropez (55mins), St Maxime (40mins) and further afield Nice (1hr 20mins).
Interior layout A spacious entrance/hall with house toilet leads through to a large open plan lounge/dining area with double height ceiling. An open staircase leads to a mezzanine seating area and good sized double bedroom with en-suit shower and toilet. Downstairs the dining area opens to the fully equipped modern open plan kitchen. It has a large American fridge with filtered water and ice maker, beautiful large cooking range, dishwasher and spacious storage with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. It has a Nespresso machine as well as a filter coffee machine and a soda stream. There is a utility room with washing machine, water softener and an extra fridge if needed. From here you can access a games room with table tennis and door to outside.
The lounge area has a wood burning stove for the early or late season weeks and a smart tv. From here a hallway leads to two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (one with toilet) and a further bedroom with bunk beds. Also there are 2 medium chairs for children.
Outside area The outside space is accessed from the lounge/dining area and comprises of a covered dining terrace and comfy seating area with BBQ and views over the pool and garden. There are plenty of areas to explore in the huge garden with a dedicated play area with trampoline, soccer net and swing. and jeu de boule court. The many mature mediterranean plants and shrubs are watered automatically and create a wonderful atmosphere and privacy.
Unfortunately the owners don't allow pets at the house.

We recommend taking out a holiday insurance to avoid any problems arising from cancellations.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email (even if this has already been communicated to the host by telephone, for example).The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the renter only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.
The villa is a few minutes from Vidauban centre with it's restaurants and shopping facilities and also within easy driving distance of the popular market town of Lorgues, Plan de la Tour and the coastal towns of the Côtes d'azure. The Gorges de Verdon and Lac de Sainte Croix are easily reached by car as well as many local villages and Chateaux. Horse riding, mountain biking and kayaking are also available in the region.
