2 km from the village centre of Salernes, the house is located on a riverbank, at the end of a large plot of land (5000 m) with trees; olive trees, oleanders, rosemary... On the grounds is also a guest house that we use during the summer season. You go up to a carport leaning against the north side of the house.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall and you discover a large and bright living room, with television, sofa and armchairs, a dining room with a large square table and 6 chairs, in front of a bay window opening onto a terrace/pergola (East) with a view of the hills of Tourtour. A second bay window (South) provides access to a covered terrace with a marble table and 8 chairs. Deckchairs for a nap under the large pine tree.
you will find the separate toilet and a master suite, a 140 cm bed with a dressing room and a shower room. In the bedroom, a French window opens onto the east terrace.
Next to the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the first floor where a large mezzanine of 40 m2 decorated with a cathedral ceiling, offers a large sleeping area with a 160 cm bed, another space with a 90 cm bed as well as a bathroom with toilet and a reading area.
