Lorgues is 45 km away. north of Saint-Tropez and 40 km south of the world-famous Gorges de Verdon (highest canyons in Europe). Draguignan (old capital of the Var department) is 10 km away. of Lorgues.

Many opportunities to go swimming in nature (directions to rivers and lakes)

This house is for a maximum of 4 people + 1 child.
There are 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) and a divan-lit (double bed) in the living room.
1 cot available.

All utilities are a fridge with freezer, stoves, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, espresso machine (Senseo), ...
There is also air conditioning and free wifi.

I live in Lorgues and have been renting out the holiday home in nature, 3 km from Lorgues, for 25 years.

We are always available for all questions and information about the region, we live 7 km from your holiday home. We do the maintenance of the house and swimming pool ourselves.

I cycle a lot in the region and know the quiet cycling roads of the region.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

This house is for a maximum of 4 people + 1 child.

Cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
