The property, 2940m2, has few neighbors but complete privacy, only 5 minutes drive to the village, large land planted with olive trees, oaks and almond trees.
The house is built on 3 floors, about 270 m2, south facing:
- 1st floor: the studio apartment (south/east) for 4 people
. 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (140×200) and 1 king-size bed (2 beds 90×200)
. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet only
. kitchen: refrigerator, coffee maker, gas hob.
Direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
- 2nd floor: access via several steps (can be closed if there are small children around)
. 2 bedrooms: 1 king size bed (2 beds 90×200) and 2 single beds (90×200)
. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
. 1 family bathroom close to the twin bedroom and separate toilet
. large living room with TV, WFI access. TV can be viewed via WiFi.
. large kitchen with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, refrigerator and frizzer, gas hob, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker and boiler. The washing machine under the stairs.
- 3rd floor: via a staircase from the living room you reach the mezzanine with a sofa bed

Secure swimming pool (4.5m x 10m deep 0.60 to 1.90m), surrounded by beaches with sunbeds.
Behind the house, a shaded terrace welcomes you with its large table and chairs for lunch or dinner depending on the season.
Close off the space for the volleyball court under the trees.
Various terraces offer you different areas throughout the day to relax, play or have a nice snack.
The site is large enough to park your cars (2-4). Our prices are divided into 2 parts:
