Our 'Quercy Blanc' manor, dating from 1649 and listed with the French Ministry of Culture as a cultural heritage and one of the oldest buildings in the region, is over 5 hectares in size and consists of the main house, a former grange {barn} which in In 2016 it was completely adapted into a luxury holiday home. It is beautifully situated in the Tarn and Garonne countryside with 360 degree views of the hills and orchards surrounding the picturesque village of Valeilles and equipped with all amenities.
The holiday home offers two bedrooms (1 x 2 person box spring bed and 2 x 1 person box spring bed which can be made into a double bed if desired) and a wardrobe/dressing room.
There is a spacious bathroom with a shower and two sinks. A spacious hall and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, a four-burner ceramic hob, combi oven, extractor hood and a large refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore, kitchen equipment is available: a Nespresso machine, contact grill, mixer, kitchen scales, etc. so that you can also indulge in culinary delights.
The house was completely redesigned in 2016, in keeping with the atmosphere of the Tarn and Garonne. Through French doors from the living room you enter the spacious, cozy terrace, partly covered, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious meal at the large outdoor dining table with six chairs during the warm summer evenings.
There is a TV with Chromecast so you can watch TV with your TV app, Netflix, etc.
We have VDSL internet! (Very-high-bitrate Digital Subscriber Line) is a successor to ADSL, which allows much higher download and upload speeds. With VDSL, speeds of up to 70 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload are possible
