Welcome to the 'Le Vieux Manoir' estate!

Our 'Quercy Blanc Bergerie', dating from 1649 and listed with the French Ministry of Culture as a cultural heritage and one of the oldest buildings in the region, is over 5 hectares in size and consists of the main house with bergeries underneath which have been converted into a luxurious two-person home and the former grange, which has been completely adapted into a luxurious four-person holiday home.

Bergerie 'Le Vieux Manoir' is beautifully situated in the Tarn and Garonne countryside with 360 degree views of the hills and orchards surrounding the picturesque village of Valeilles and equipped with all amenities. The house offers a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double corner bath, sink and toilet.
The cozy "salon" has a fireplace, a kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, contact grill and a kettle.
Along the side and at the front of the Bergerie there is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen including Weber BBQ. You can relax here and enjoy the beautiful view and the evening sun.
There is a TV available.

There is a TV with Chromecast so you can watch TV with your TV app, Netflix, etc.

We have VDSL internet! (Very-high-bitrate Digital Subscriber Line) is a successor to ADSL, which allows much higher download and upload speeds. With VDSL, speeds of up to 70 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload are possible

Your host and hostess are Sem and Louise de Jong-Driessen. After having had a holiday home in Burgundy for almost twenty years, we have been the proud owners of Le Vieux Manoir Valeilles since February 2016 in beautiful Tarn and Garonne. We do not use an inventory list. If something breaks during your stay, we request this
to let us know so that we can come to an agreement about this.
Cancellation Policy
The parties agree on the following cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the tenant owes cancellation costs that depend on

Cancellation must always take place in writing. The amount of the cancellation costs is as
follows:
Number of days before the booked day of arrival Part of the rent due
Up to the 90th day before the day of arrival 30% (= down payment)
From the 90th day 100%
If we still find a tenant for the canceled period, you will receive this rent
up to a maximum of 100% of the rent paid by you minus any booking costs.
