In the heart of Lomagne, South West France, is a beautiful Tuscan-style country house with 2 holiday homes and a large swimming pool. The domain is located in the middle of a hilly landscape that is reminiscent of Tuscany in everything. An oasis of peace where you can enjoy the sun, beautiful views and overwhelming nature. Petit Quillot has an area of 60 m2 and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The living space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a cozy sitting area with TV. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You have a private terrace with a great view so that you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures from breakfast. Of course there is WiFi available.
Swimming pool and summer kitchen with terrace are at the disposal of all guests.

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, the tenant does not owe any cancellation costs. In case of cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, the tenant owes 50% cancellation costs of the total rent. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, the tenant owes 100% of the total rent. If it is not possible to travel and stay in France due to COVID or in the event of negative travel advice for France, the booking can be canceled at any time free of charge and payments already made will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant.

You will find Lavit on the border of the Gers and the Tarn et Garonne. A rural French village in the middle of the hills of Lomagne. Lavit has 1600 inhabitants. You can get there in no time from the Quillot domain (1.8 km). In Lavit you have a supermarket (with butcher), a traditional bakery, doctor, pharmacy and restaurant / café Le Vic de Lomagne. Every week there is a small market on Friday morning. Lavit is located 1150 km from Utrecht and is easily accessible by car. Toulouse international airport is 55 km away and the TGV stops in Agen, 38 km from the Quillot domain. In the immediate vicinity are several characteristic French villages. Auvillar, Lectoure, Moissac and Fleurance with their local markets, many restaurants, nice terraces and places of interest. The cities of Toulouse, Agen, Auch and Montauban are within an hour of Quillot. Here you can shop, eat and drink, visit museums and enjoy the beautiful city centers. Lomagne offers something for everyone. Long walking routes, beautiful bike rides, markets with local fresh products, boat or canoe trip on the Garonne or visiting a beautiful French chateau.
