Old stone house located near the swimming river Aveyron, beautifully renovated. High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Old beams in sight, wood stove, large covered porch overlooking the garden and the Aveyron valley. The master bedroom in the attic has a 180x200 bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a reading table and HD TV. The other 2 bedrooms have beds of 160x200, each air conditioning, a shared bathroom. A workplace has been realized in one of the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an American fridge (with freezer, ice cubes, and water dispenser), Nespresso, dishwasher and large oven. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor. On our property there is a wood-fired hot tub from which you can admire the stars. On arrival, the beds are made, and there are (bath) towels.

We have owned our holiday home as a family since 1965. In 2018 we decided to completely renovate the house with the help of an architect while retaining the old charm. The house borders the park of the castle of Féneyrols with beautiful large old trees. The rapids in the river, just near our house, mean that you can hear the river flowing wonderfully. You can swim there. In short: it is a wonderful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
