In the house there are 6 bedrooms with double beds (box springs) and there is a 3-part mezzanine with 8 single beds. So in total there are 20 sleeping places. 3 of the 6 bedrooms have a private terrace.
There are a total of 5 bathrooms. 2 of these 5 bathrooms connect directly to a bedroom (only access). 3 bathrooms have a toilet and there are two more separate toilets.
The equipped kitchen has the following appliances: microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, 2 coffee makers), induction hobs, extractor hood, American refrigerator and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has spacious terraces to fully enjoy the garden. There is a barbecue set on the terrace.
There is a large grass playground for the children. There is a kubb game and petanque game. There is a billiard table in the house.
A large number of Dutch-language channels can be watched via the internet (Telenet and Yelo TV). From January 2024 internet via fiber with high surfing speed. A Netflix subscription is available free of charge.
There is a heated indoor swimming pool under a veranda construction with fully sliding windows.
There is a sauna and jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi remains at operating temperature all year round.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to organize parties in the house or in the garden.

Your host, Carine
Our search for a place abroad, somewhere by the sea, has been rewarded with finding this beautiful domain in Normandy. It was love at first sight. The breathtaking sea view from the cliffs made our hearts beat faster. We then immediately started to redesign the house. We have an architectural office in Belgium; living, interior, exterior, ... that's what we like to do. We are happy to stay there and hope the same for you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Prices do not include :
- cleaning costs : 400,- euro per stay
- bed and bath linen,
These can be rented optionally. 17,- € /pp for bed linen and/or 17,- €/pp for bath linen
- electricity costs, this will be deducted from the deposit based on consumption
- we ask for a deposit of 1270 euros per stay
- for different periods : price on request.
Payment Terms:
- 30% of the rent to be paid 10 days after receipt of the booking documents. Your booking will be final after payment of this deposit.
- balance (incl. additional costs and deposit) to be paid +/- 70 days before arrival
Cancellation policy :
When cancelling the holiday home, you will be charged the deposit up to 57 days before the day of arrival (30% of the rental amount). From the 57th day before arrival up to and including the day of arrival, the full rental amount is due. The decisive day is the day on which the cancellation is reported.
General :
- It is possible to deviate from the arrival and departure days.
In that case, please send your request for this by e-mail.
- For the correct prices, we would also like to refer to the overview that is included with the photos. When the desired stay falls outside the standard periods (week, midweek or weekend), the platform does not always show the correct price. On simple request, we will provide a quote for the period you requested.
