In the house there are 6 bedrooms with double beds (box springs) and there is a 3-part mezzanine with 8 single beds. So in total there are 20 sleeping places. 3 of the 6 bedrooms have a private terrace.
There are a total of 5 bathrooms. 2 of these 5 bathrooms connect directly to a bedroom (only access). 3 bathrooms have a toilet and there are two more separate toilets.
The equipped kitchen has the following appliances: microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, 2 coffee makers), induction hobs, extractor hood, American refrigerator and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has spacious terraces to fully enjoy the garden. There is a barbecue set on the terrace.
There is a large grass playground for the children. There is a kubb game and petanque game. There is a billiard table in the house.
A large number of Dutch-language channels can be watched via the internet (Telenet and Yelo TV). From January 2024 internet via fiber with high surfing speed. A Netflix subscription is available free of charge.
There is a heated indoor swimming pool under a veranda construction with fully sliding windows.
There is a sauna and jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi remains at operating temperature all year round.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to organize parties in the house or in the garden.
