Comfortable, Normandy half villa at 5 minutes walking from the sea. Nicely located in the lovely coastal village of Mesnil-Val (less than 5 hours from Utrecht). Villa Mignon is the southern half of a large Villa. Cozy enough for 2 and fully equipped for up to 8 people. WiFi available.

Our house, Villa Mignon, was built in 1920 in the Anglo-Norman style and is located in the lovely coastal village of Mesnil-Val, known for its beautiful location on the chalk cliffs. Villa Mignon is a comfortable, cozy house and fully equipped for 2 to 8 people maximum. The sea is 5 minutes walking from the house. Freshly baked croissants and crisp baguettes can also be found at the village baker at 5 walking minutes.
Villa Mignon has central heating and has three bedrooms and (new 2016) two bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and the third bedroom has four single beds (two single beds each with a trundle). Downstairs a dining room with wood stove and a seat. On the first floor a salon with two comfortable sofas and a chess table. Bathrooms on the first and second floor with both a shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs also a separate (third) toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the large, private garden are 2 terraces and an outdoor fireplace. Children's pool, garden and beach furniture and barbecue are available.

Five years ago we saw Villa Mignon and it was love at first sight. This beautiful character house within walking distance of the sea and cliffs, so what more do you want? We are right at home, felt both in the home and the quiet village of Mesnil-Val. We are living with a lot of fun in the north of the Netherlands, with nature and animals around the house. We really enjoy our French house by the sea, and also want to share with our guests.
