The apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains, the Pré-Saint-Esprit elevator and the village of Arc 2000. The apartment has recently achieved the comfort level "4 Crystal Paradiski" (evaluation March 2020), which is the best possible evaluation.

The apartment is quiet but very centrally located in the residence « Jardins de la Cascade » in the heart of the village Arc 1950. All fun activities and entertainment can be found right outside the door, including the bakery, a small supermarket, the tourist office and several bars, restaurants and shops.

The " Jardins de la Cascade " residence (Pierre & Vacances Premium 5 * in part) has a private outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with a view of the mountains, and a wellness area with sauna and hammam (free access). Guests also have access (for a fee) to the Deep Nature Spa with indoor swimming pool and various sauna/hammam facilities and massage services.

The residence also has direct access to the underground car park and a modern ski room.

The village of Arc 1950 is very atmospheric, completely car-free and offers exceptional direct « ski-in / ski-out » access to the Paradiski ski area, which with 425 km is the second largest ski area in the world. The area, consisting of Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne (via the Vanoise Express), offers exceptional snow conditions with a total of 258 slopes. With 70% of the slopes above 2000m, the area is extremely snow-sure.

The village is also very child-friendly. The meeting point for the ski lessons is located on the pleasant village square « Place de l'Horloge » (directly in front of the entrance to the residence) or at the lift « Cabriolet » (a 2-minute walk away) for the little ones. Many different activities and events are also organized throughout the season, for both young and old. 

The village also offers a variety of activities for the non-skiers. Thus, the Deep Nature spa offers 1000 m2 dedicated to well-being and relaxation, with a view of Mont Blanc.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
