We are Marc and Els and we left the Netherlands 30 years ago and settled here. Mas Miquelet is a restored farmhouse located at 600m in the mountains, nature and tranquility.
There are 2 buildings on the property, one of which has been available for years as a holiday home with all comforts up to 8 people, private terrace and parking, private swimming pool, internet is limited due to the mountains. The other house is located next to it with independent road where we live. we speak Dutch, French and English.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking Mas Miquelet you must pay 30% of the total amount within 5 days, the remaining payment of the total amount is 6 weeks before the arrival.

Rental price per night € 180.00 in high season.
Bed linen included.
Deposit € 300.00 to be paid locally on arrival.

Internet is free but very limited due to the location of Mas Miquelet in the mountains.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
Force majeure rental completely or partially prevented beyond the will of the landlord due to danger of war, fire, etc., the landlord will refund all sums paid
