Located a few minutes from Perpignan and the sunny landscapes of Roussillon, it offers an authentic interlude between the Mediterranean, vineyards and the art of living of the South.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this private property combines an elegant apartment and an independent studio, offering everyone comfort, privacy and freedom.
The main apartment welcomes you in a bright and refined atmosphere, with its beautiful volumes, architectural details and a decoration combining natural materials, carefully chosen furniture and Mediterranean touches.
You will find:
- A cosy living room with sofa bed for two people.
- A welcoming bedroom with queen size double bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen to prepare and share your meals.
- A private bathroom and a separate toilet.
- The independent studio, included in the reservation, completes the set with a second double bed, a lounge area and a television. A particularly appreciable configuration for two couples, a family with teenagers or friends wishing to preserve their privacy.
- A Mediterranean patio just for you: a real asset of this accommodation, the private patio invites you to slow down and enjoy the mild Catalan climate. Equipped for moments of relaxation, it has an outdoor area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal or extending the summer evenings.
The pleasure of living like a villager
A few minutes walk away, you will find a bakery, local shops, pharmacy and Halles de l'Agly. The village is also a convenient starting point to discover Perpignan, the Mediterranean beaches, the vineyards of Roussillon, the gorges and rivers of the Agly Valley, and the villages of character of the region.
Perpignan airport is about a 10-minute drive away.

Maison Sarava was born from the desire to create a singular place of welcome, combining elegance, simplicity and warm hospitality. Inspired by my Brazilian roots and my attachment to the Mediterranean, every attention is thought out to make you feel at home here.
Please note: the apartment and studio are reserved exclusively for your group. They are located in a house that also includes other accommodations. Access is through a common entrance, while the patio is for your exclusive use. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from the circulation areas on the ground floor, and are separate from the studio and the apartment with patio.
