Bellevue Cottage

Charming cottage in local stone in the small village of Nohèdes, located in the middle of the mountains with its nature reserve, equipped with a beautiful terrace where you can recharge your batteries with its deckchairs, make yourself a barbecue. The terrace is south facing and has a wonderful view of Mount Coronat. You also have a living room with billiards, a fireplace with wood that we offer you to enhance your stay in winter, electric radiators in all rooms, free wifi, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. If you wish, we can provide you with a folding bed for one person or a high chair, as well as a baby cot. We provide you with sheets, towels and linen at no extra cost. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, flat screen and all its utensils, a washing machine, a water room with shower and finally free parking for your vehicle.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing or by e-mail to the owner.

If the renter cancels the contract within the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, the cancellation is free of charge, in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 100%.
