My name is Marielle, together with my French husband we fell in love with Argelès-sur-mer. Living and working in the Netherlands, we were able to buy our own apartment there in 2020. We really enjoy the climate, the beach, the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. My husband loves to maintain the apartment tip-top, while I enjoy the sun, sea, beach and fun. When we retire in a few years, we hope to go more often and for longer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord can cancel this agreement in case of serious circumstances. Serious circumstances are understood to mean an event as a result of which the house can no longer reasonably be rented out. In that case, the landlord will refund all (in) payments received from the tenant or provide a voucher in consultation with the tenant. The parties also agree that in the event of cancellation by the tenant, (down) payments will not be refunded. The landlord advises the tenant to take out cancellation insurance for this.
With more than 2200 hours of sunshine per year, Argelès-sur-mer is located in one of the sunniest and driest regions of France. In the event of prolonged drought, it is possible that government restrictions will be imposed on, for example, the use of water. The Lessor is not responsible for any consequences of such restrictions and the Lessee is not entitled to any compensation from the Lessor in that case.
