Spacious holiday home for 2-6 people (adults)
Our beautifully renovated gîte can be rented per week. In the middle of the nature of Barcus you will find peace, freedom and a beautiful environment in which you will completely lose yourself. The Basque countryside is an environment that inspires you every day and invites you to enjoy. A place where you can relax completely. This is an ideal holiday destination for anyone who wants to 'relax' and is looking for absolute peace and quiet. The gîte is not suitable for small children )
Via the stairs and the balcony you reach the hayloft that has been transformed into a comfortable and spacious holiday apartment. 110 m2 space! 3 bedrooms, luxurious bathroom (with bath and shower), spacious kitchen and a large living room offer a pleasant holiday accommodation. Even when the weather is not so nice for a day, you are comfortable and spacious. The gîte is furnished with respect for the characteristic appearance of the barn.
Swimming pool on the camping site next door
There is also a camping à la ferme on site; in season there are several guests present. There is a swimming pool on the campsite and there is plenty of space to relax and get to know this special environment.
The swimming pool can only be used in the summer months (July/Aug) and is NOT heated.
Beds made: you can get in in no time!
There are two double beds (1.60x 2.00), a bunk bed and a single bed. The beds in the gîte are provided with bed linen and will be made for you. Pick up the beds yourself at the end of the rental period. The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season and the gîte can therefore only be rented per week, or for a maximum of 2 weeks.
The gîte is suitable for adults.
Furnishing of the cottage
The gîte is equipped with a radio/cd player, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment.
You will also find a BBQ, you can use the washing machine on our campsite and there is plenty of opportunity to sit outside. On the balcony, downstairs or elsewhere on our property.
Relax on vacation
Wake up in a quiet area....listen to the chirping birds, hear the crowing of our tough rooster and have breakfast on the balcony with a view of the green, hilly meadows....Eating fresh trout that you caught yourself from our lake... ...You experience it, here in Barcus!!
Rates: June/July/August: from 550 euros per week.
(excluding tourist tax and final cleaning costs)
We ask for a deposit of 250 euros before the start of the rental period; you will get this back when the gîte is left tidy and clean and no damage has been found by us. The daily cleaning must be done by the tenants themselves . The gîte must be thoroughly cleaned before departure. We also ask you to sign a rental agreement in advance in which you indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions.
