The detached holiday home LOTT Mur-de-Barrez consists of 2 floors and can accommodate max. 2 people. A holiday home with a magnificent view. Almost indescribable. From your living room, balcony or garden you look out over the beautiful valleys of the aveyron and the Cantal.

The house has an attractive living room with open kitchen where everything is present. A lovely 2-person sofa, dining table and chairs and accessories complete the whole. Through the patio doors you walk to your balcony with a dining seat and two adjustable chairs.

Via the stairs in the living room you walk down to the bedroom. With a lovely 2 person box spring bed, washbasin and large walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer here. Through the door you go to the hoouten terrace with sunbeds, sitter and also a veranda with plancha plate and another cozy seating area with the breathtaking view.

We would like to introduce ourselves to Patricia and Eugene de JOng, the owners of our new concept LOTT holiday homes. We only offer our own houses that are scattered throughout France. Houses suitable for 1-2 or 2-4 people.
We have been living in France for 20 years and we first set up the small-scale holiday domain La-Bastide, and since 2022 we have been setting up LOTT where we buy houses and completely renovate and renovate them into a LOTTage to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

House is suitable for 2 people and possibly. Baby

Bed linen for 2 people is included, it is advisable to bring your own kitchen linen and towels.

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellations must be communicated to LOTT holiday homes & more by e-mail. Immediately after receiving an e-mail containing the written cancellation, LOTT holiday homes & more will send a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. In case of cancellation after 5 days and up to 12 weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, 50% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation within 12 weeks to 8 weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, 70% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation within 8 weeks of the agreed rental period, the full rental amount is due.

Cancellations or changes (which have the effect of shortening the stay) within 56 days before arrival will result in the right to a refund or settlement of the total amount forfeiting. Cancellation or early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the rental. In case of cancellation, the first deposit will never be refunded. We also always recommend that you take out an all-risk cancellation/travel insurance.
