Les Planchettes

Located in the middle of the abundant greenery of the Combrailles, a wonderfully comfortable cozy spacious authentic French house and pierre a short distance (250m) from the village located on a spacious plot of 2500 m2. The location provides ample privacy. The house has been decorated with taste and care, with many authentic details and attractively furnished, with the aim that guests will feel at home and will be happy to treat it in a caring and appropriate manner.

The house is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden with lots of vegetation. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the greenery. There is a demountable swimming pool, 3.60 m diameter / 1 m, where you are expected to keep it clean yourself during the rental period. There are also 2 Plan d' Eau's within a few km distance, the nearest near St Gervais at 5 km and another at Servant about 10 km away. In the Gorge de la Sioule it is also possible to swim and canoe.

Nature and environment: Even in the high season, the Auvergne remains a quiet, abundantly green environment, which greatly enhances the holiday feeling. Beautiful natural locations within easy reach, with plenty of walking opportunities, such as the 'Parc des Volcans', Mont Dôre, the Gorges of the Sioule', where there is plenty of canoeing, but there are also many walking options directly around the house.

Within approximately an hour's drive, the cities of Clermont-Ferrand, Riom, Montluçon and Vichy are easily accessible, as well as many beautiful villages, including some of the Plus Beaux Villages de la France, such as Charroux, St. Saturnin and Mont Peyroux. In the summer there are flea markets, vide-greniers and music festivals in the area almost every day. Where the rural character always comes first and the peaceful atmosphere is not lost! The house has a good guide with a number of brochures about the area. St Gervais d'Auvergne, a village with all amenities, is 5 km away and the same in Pionsat is 9 km away.
